HAHA! Oh yeah it makes sense now. I thought that was part of the Tumblr challenge. Thanks again :)
Day 06 - A song that reminds of you of somewhere
I had just downloaded a bunch of songs by Explosions In The Sky before I went to Russia. They were on my iPod while I was there and afterwards I made a video/slideshow thing with photos from Moscow that used this song. Now whenever I listen to it I’m reminded of walking around Vladivostok and Moscow. It’s a peaceful song and I couldn’t ask for better background music for strolling down to the beach on the quiet, shaded streets around Vlad Inn, or through Sokolniki Park.
Day Eight by Explosions In The Sky[this is day six of the 30 day music challenge.]
I like this. What is the title of this song?

Rebuild-Now, Now
I cannot stop listening to this. So simple. So good.
A couple of days ago Chicago-based four piece California Wives released their latest single, “Tokyo.” It’s catchy, it’s fun, it embodies everything I loved about their Affair EP, and it’s free. According to a press release the track will not be on their upcoming full-length, as they wanted to let it ”stand on it’s own.” Sounds fine by me. If you’re in Austin come SXSW, then be sure give them some of your time. If the Daytrotter Session they recorded earlier in the year is any indication of their live-set, then it’s sure to be a good time.
